I rode down to the East Beach Grill and met Car\u00adol C. for pan\u00adcakes, hers with blue\u00adber\u00adries inside, mine with bananas. We brought along our own Trad\u00ader Joe\u2019s dark real maple syrup to com\u00adple\u00adment the yum\u00admy \u2018cakes. We were hav\u00ading such a good time no record\u00aded images of the event were tak\u00aden. After break\u00adfast I rode down through Carpin\u00adte\u00adria and along the beau\u00adti\u00adful Rin\u00adcon Park\u00adway, decid\u00ading to turn around after 27 miles right here at a nice surf\u00ading spot.<\/p>\n

Sev\u00ader\u00adal of the folks camp\u00ading along the Park\u00adway have cre\u00adat\u00aded some very fun rock sculptures.<\/p>\n

On the way home I picked up some water to mix with my pow\u00addered Gatorade at the nice foun\u00adtain adjoin\u00ading the Rin\u00adcon fire sta\u00adtion (left), stopped for an inter\u00adest\u00ading shot of an oil pump\u00adjack<\/a> (I just learned this word from WikiPedia), then encoun\u00adtered a slight block\u00ading of the bike path 1\/2 mile fur\u00adther along.<\/p>\n

Back up the rise from Bates Road to the Hwy. 150 over\u00adpass I\u2019m all set to cruise back thru Carpin\u00adte\u00adria and on to Sum\u00admer\u00adland for a deli\u00adcious turkey burg\u00ader at Stack\u00adys. (I wish I could keep remem\u00adber\u00ading to keep my fin\u00adgers away from the iPhone\u2019s lens, note fin\u00adger in upper left cor\u00adner of image).<\/p>\n
