After a fun morn\u00ading that start\u00aded with Eric equip\u00adping him\u00adself with some nice snow board\u00ading equip\u00adment at a great sale in a local shop we cruised through the near\u00adby REI<\/span> then had iden\u00adti\u00adcal and deli\u00adcious chick\u00aden hash omlettes:

Then it was a dri\u00adve back home and onto the bikes for anoth\u00ader great ride. We rode down to, through, and beyond the town of Cas\u00adtle Rock. Here I am along the nice bike\u00adway with The Cas\u00adtle Rock in the distance:

We head\u00aded west and climbed over a hill before descend\u00ading into a beau\u00adti\u00adful valley.

A great ride and day. We arrived home to find Ker\u00adrie already there with the boys arriv\u00ading a lit\u00adtle lat\u00ader.
