It seems less over\u00adwhelm\u00ading when lay\u00ading under than the ver\u00adsion one design (<a href=\"http:\/\/ashecoutts.info\/blog\/?p=1781\" title=\"See version one\">click here to see ver\u00adsion one<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>By far the best mod\u00adi\u00adfi\u00adca\u00adtion is to the <span class=\"caps\">RAM<\/span> iPad mount itself. The piv\u00adot point is now in the cen\u00adter of the iPad. You can see this clear\u00adly in the low\u00ader left shot above. The iPad mount as designed is to be used in either por\u00adtrait or land\u00adscape so two mount points are pro\u00advid\u00aded, one for each ori\u00aden\u00adta\u00adtion. Using two small pieces of alu\u00adminum angle I was able to move the mount\u00ading point to the cen\u00adter.
