Cyn\u00adthia, Tom, and I drove up togeth\u00ader to Vista de Las Cruces School, very near the junc\u00adture of 101 and Hwy 1, to meet some of Tom\u2019s Fast\u00adTrack\u00ader fast rid\u00ading bud\u00addies. We arrived first. Get\u00adting all our stuff togeth\u00ader tor\u00adtoise\u2019s Cyn\u00adthia and Ashe rode off, around 9:30 PST<\/span>.<\/p>\n

It was quite misty ear\u00adly on and evi\u00addent from the wet roads that it had been rain\u00ading ear\u00adli\u00ader in the night. Cyn\u00adthia and I had a nice vis\u00adit as we cruised up High\u00adway 1 and on to Jala\u00adma Road. About half way out to the ocean Tom and the oth\u00ader Fast\u00adTrack\u00aders came steam\u00ading by. 90 min\u00adutes lat\u00ader we were with them at the \u201cHome of the Famous Jala\u00adma Ham\u00adburg\u00ader<\/strong>\u201d and had a fun vis\u00adit as they were fin\u00adish\u00ading their burgers.<\/p>\n

The day was increas\u00ading\u00adly clear\u00ading on the return ride with many miles of sun. Cyn\u00adthia and I were both pooped when we got back to the school and car but very hap\u00adpy campers for hav\u00ading such a won\u00adder\u00adful out\u00ading in such beau\u00adti\u00adful coun\u00adtry. Tom had left a note in the Vol\u00advo say\u00ading he was rid\u00ading on. Cyn\u00adthia and I loaded up and drove down 101 about 10 miles where we spot\u00adted our hero and pulled over to load him in. 56 miles for the Tor\u00adtois\u00ades and oth\u00ader Fast\u00adTrack\u00aders, 66 for Tom.
